The real meaning of the rainbow

Did you know that the rainbow has a great significant meaning? The rainbow is actually a biblical symbol - a sign to mankind from God. So I find it odd that the LGBTQ ++ community would use it as their banner. Is it just ignorance or is there something more sinister going on? The Santa Maria (The Saint Mary) and Santeria Connection

When I was a Catholic, I was taught that the Virgin Mary, mother of God, was a saint in heaven. She was a quite powerful intercessor - carrying our prayers to Jesus and even answering our prayers herself. Now that I have converted to a Seventh Day Adventist and I understand the state of the dead. The assumption of Mary into heaven is just that an assumption. But even more concerning is the connection of the worship of saints to the worship of pagan gods in religions like Santeria. Staying Grounded in God

Staying grounded in God is going to look slightly different for everyone. There will be commonalities of course. But just as people are equipped or blessed with different gifts, your personal connection with God will be unique to you. In scripture (book of Daniel) we can read about the 3 Hebrew boys who stood for God in Babylon. In Ellen G. White writings, Prophets and Kings chapter 39 is where this story is expounded; giving a biblical example of young men who stayed grounded in God.
