What do you do when your "home sweet home" is not so sweet? Especially as a teenager or young adult? I'm still trying to figure that out and so are many young people in the U.S. The tumultuous world we live in often becomes the respite from our home life, not the other way around as it ought to be.  In this episode, I relate about the challenges of growing up and still living in an unstable home, that isn't so peaceful, and how it has shaped adulthood so far.

I feel as if I have recently found a pot at the end of the rainbow: I've stumbled upon a job opportunity with great coworkers and a safe environment, physically and emotionally. Not many people have that and I am so grateful. Now I am taking steps to preserve such a gift and I'm going to share my best bit of advice so you can do the same.
