Self-care isn't just essential, it's art, ritual and spellwork. We hold a fierce devotion to teaching Higher-Self Care that's as multidimensional as you are so that it actually hits the spot. I'm your High Priestess host Sarah Buckner, also known by my stage name, Seraphina Supernova and by my clients as their Higher Self Embodiment Doula. I am a Performance and Visual Artist exploring themes of the body, spirituality, witchcraft, feminism and self-realization, and a Spiritual and Somatic Coach, Professional Psychic and Creative Business Consultant. I am a classically trained ballerina turned burlesque dancer and tragic-comedy princess casting spells to stir and awaken all faces of the goddess and the feral divine feminine within, without, above and below in my work. I hold a Master of Fine Arts from Duke University in Experimental and Documentary Arts with a concentration in feminist theory and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. I have also trained in over 500 hours of trauma-informed somatic movement, meditation and yoga with a specialized focus in supporting nuerodivergency and healing cptsd. In addition to working with people 1:1 in readings, sessions, and private mentorship containers, I also offer photoshoots, weekly dance and movement classes, retreats and workshops and I am the Head Witch of an online global membership and witch school dedicated to Higher Self-Care and Embodiment called, The Honey Pot.
