Educators PodCast Episode 2: Dr. Sheryl Rae Reid

Welcome back to the second episode of The Educators PodCast. I'm excited to continue the movement of amplifying the voices of fellow educators who are dilligently working in the field. During this episode we get to learn more about Dr. Sheryl Rae Reid. Her passion and commitment to being an educator is truly breath taking. She has a wealth of experience that can encourage any educator no matter their tenure. Dr. Reid brands herself as a Southern belle (born in Georgia & raised in Kentucky), an HBCU (Kentucky State University) and PWI (Lipscomb University) graduate, a public school educator, author, creative, consultant and podcaster. She is one who lives by the golden rule of treating others with dignity and respect. Each of her earned degrees are education related which highlights the importance that she loves to teach as well as learn. She has served in several educational settings including public schools, community education, motivation & support, advocacy, and eudcational outreach. Educators PodCast Episode 1: Dr. Shaquille Dillon AKA "Dapper Dillon"

This is the very first episode of The Educators PodCast. I am excited to amplify the voices of fellow educators who are dilligently working in the field. During this episode we get to learn more about one of my former colleagues Dr. Shaquille Dillon. This man is a true gem in Higher Education and has truly transformed every insitution he has ever worked. Dr. Dillon is also an author, radio personalist, keynote speaker, and was featured on Season 16 of Married at First Sight- Nashville on Life Time and also HBCU 1010 on Aspiring TV. Dr. Dillon currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Strategy, Impact, and Innnovation at Huston-Tilloston University in Austin, Texas. With over 10 years in higher education at HBCU's, he has a record of accomplishments and holds more than seven years of experience in record breaking enrollment, student engagement, mentoring, and disruptive leadership.
