Hiking experience Ep.1 (Ngong Hills)

In this episode, we talk about our first hike. We give you a brief overview of what our perception was vs how the experience was. We hope you’ll enjoy and As promised in the episode below is the itinerary.  Dress code - Tights /cargo pants or something comfortable you would normally use for workouts (FYI, jeans are uncomfortable) & breathable T-shirts - Comfortable hiking shoes, preferably hiking boots or gym/ sports shoes ( a shoe size bigger of half size bigger than what you usually wear) -Hat/cap for sun protection  *What to carry*:- - Hiking Spirit -Extra Water, (preferably 2-3litres) - Some lunch and some (extra) snacks or energy bar -A warm jacket in case it is cold and an extra t-shirt.
