“Sanctifying our Lives in the Digital Era” by Raymond Nader

In his talk, "Sanctifying Our Lives in the Digital Era," Raymond Nader, president of the Family of Saint Sharbel, addressed the challenges of maintaining a spiritually meaningful life amidst modern distractions. Drawing on Christian teachings and the life of Saint Sharbel, Mr. Nader emphasized the importance of deep reflection on life’s ultimate purpose. Raymond Nader Talk at Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Washington DC, July 21, 2024

On the occasion of Saint Sharbel's Feast Day, July 21, 2024, the Family of Saint Sharbel in the United States participated in the celebratory Mass at Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Washington DC, presided over by Monsignor Peter Azar, with the attendance of members of the community. Following the Mass, Mr. Raymond Nader, Founder and President of the Family of Saint Sharbel gave a talk inspired by the feast of Saint Sharbel, focusing on the crises and challenges the world faces today. He stated that the world is on the wrong path and that humanity must reconsider its course to truly live according to God's will for all believers. Mr. Nader continued by saying that we are called today, more than ever, to live out moral values and family values to attain eternal salvation. He emphasized the need to strengthen our spiritual lives with prayer and reflection, understanding that we must follow the right path and avoid the wrong one. A Talk by Mr. Raymond Nader, Founder and President of the Family of Saint Sharbel, given at the celebration of the feast of Saint Sharbel, July 13, 2024, at the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, in Emmitsburg, Maryland, USA.  In his talk, Raymond Nader emphasized the critical role of faith in the current world. He highlighted Saint Sharbel's miraculous works worldwide, which include healing and interventions that guide people back to God. Mr. Nader explored the concept of spiritual warfare, explaining the historical battle between God's kingdom and Satan's influence. He identified three primary demons: Baal, Ashtar, and Molech. He pointed out contemporary signs of this influence and warned that as society distances itself from God, it becomes more susceptible to demonic influences, leaving a spiritual void that Satan eagerly fills. According to Mr. Nader, Saint Sharbel’s miracles are divine messages urging humanity to return to God; his work is a beacon of hope, reminding us of the power of God’s presence and the importance of living a life aligned with divine purpose.
