She is a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and mother to three beautiful children. Rocio is the Founder of Brillantes Emprendedoras Latinas de Los Angeles, also known as B.E.L.L.A., a community organization whose focus is to elevate and celebrate tLatina entrepreneurial voice. She also currently owns and operates BELLA Entrepreneurs Consulting, supporting companies and nonprofits with program design and development, leadership and workshop facilitation. Rocio also works full time for the USC Credit Union as their Chief Social Impact Officer. Dra. Flores is passionate about building community together, advocating for equitable access to capital and inclusively collaborating with mission aligned organizations.
