So if you are a good intentioned person who genuinely wants to help others & make the world a better place, you absolutely need to make a lot of money. EP#7: Are You Living in FAITH or FEAR?

Are you living in faith or fear? I really believe there are two ways to live your life...in faith or in fear I think with all that’s gone on this past year, this has been illuminated even more. There is a huge divide in our society right now, in my opinion. A divide between those who want to live in freedom & faith, and those who want to live subservient lives of fear & control/direction from others. Because you cannot live in faith & fear at the same time...you must choose one or the other. When I say faith, I mean fully trusting & having hope for the future, no matter what is currently happening or what has happened in the past. And when I say fear, I mean fear created from past experiences or fear of bad things happening in the future. Ask yourself this - how would you live your life if you had no fear or failure, judgement, death...or any of the big things that most people are afraid of? Don’t you think you’d show up differently if you weren’t afraid or those things! To me, that’s what truly walking, embodying and living in faith looks like. Being open to new opportunities and possibilities is a huge part of living in faith over fear. Again, I always come back to that faith means hope & a deep feeling of confidence in the future being happy, fruitful and positive. When we have faith and hope for the future, we are open to receiving new opportunities in our lives. When we live in fear, we are closed off to receiving new things because we are often cynical and don’t believe that there’s anything better out there for us. A lot of what is pushed in mainstream society today is division, hate & fear. Ask yourself, why would that be pushed onto us? Because it is much easier to control a divided, hateful and fearful society. If people in a society are living in faith, love & unity...they are not easy to control. I encourage you to really take a look at the social media accounts you follow, the other media you consume, the podcasts you listen to, the government...and ask yourself this question... Are these people pushing fear, negativity, drama, hate and division? Or are these people encouraging faith, love, unity & hope? That is honestly how I determine a lot of what media and information I consume today. I look at the positioning of how the information is being presented. If they’re being dramatic, fear mongering, dividing & spreading hate (even if it’s done in a not so obvious way such as social justice for worthy causes), I do not consume that type of information and media. Living in faith is a conscious choice that we must make every single day. It takes awareness and effort. But it’s absolutely worth it! EP#6: The Results You Want Is In The Work You’re Avoiding

Hey guys, welcome to Episode 6 of the Freedom Seekers Podcast! As we move into a new year, I encourage you to ask yourself… Am I avoiding what’s hard in life & always taking the easy path? This can show up in your relationships, fitness, business, your parenting, etc & it can permeate all areas of your life. And we are all guilty of choosing the easy route sometimes. But I think the even more important question to ask yourself is, do I choose the hard, more fulfilling & better choices more often…or do I choose the easy, lazy non productive choices more often? We are all humans, we are not machines or robots that can perform perfectly with no flaws day in and day out. However, if you have big goals you want to hit, or you want to change something about your current situation (whether that be financially, your physical body, your relationships, etc)…you’re going to have to do the hard things and put in the work consistently over a period of time. You can’t expect to always pick the easy and comfortable choices, & still get the results you’re looking for. I love the saying “the results you want are found in the work you’re avoiding”. It’s very true. Many of us avoid hard work. Enthusiasm is common but endurance is rare. Lots of people can start something new & get excited about it for a while, but very few actually have the endurance to follow through and execute long term. As humans we naturally crave comfort and will revert back to that unless we consciously make the decision every day to go against that wiring in our brains, and force ourselves to do the hard things. Our reptilian brain holds us back because it wants to keep us safe and comfortable. When we are trying to do things that make us uncomfortable or are outside our comfort zone, our brain tries to stop us. I also recognize that we live in a society of instant gratification. We want things NOW and if it takes too long, we get disinterested or we think it’s not working. This type of mentality is detrimental when it comes to achieving your goals. It is imperative that you play the long game and reach for long term results. I also love the expression “pay now or pay later”. To me what this means is, make the easy decision now and pay later. Or make the harder choices now (aka pay now) and then reap the rewards later. Ultimately the decisions we make daily are what add up and create the outcomes of our lives. As miniscule as those daily choices can seem…they are what will determine if you hit your goals and create the life of your dreams, or if you continue to do the same thing year after year. “If it’s to be it’s up to me!” Let’s make 2021 your best year yet!!

EP#5: How To Stop Letting The Opinions Of Others Rule Your Life

Hey guys! Welcome to Episode 5 of the Freedom Seekers Podcast! In this episode, I share key mindset shifts to help you stop letting the opinions of others rule your life. I think this is a huge challenge for a lot of people, so I’m hopeful this episode will be helpful! I’ve always been a people pleaser, that’s my natural personality. So I used to be highly focussed on the opinions of others, wanting people to like me, wanting people to approve of what I’m doing, etc. This made starting a business online really challenging for me. I was terrified that others would judge me, think I’m weird or that I was “that girl” now… I’ll be honest, I’ve let the fear of judgement hold me back from starting things along my journey. It’s something I’ve had to battle with and still battle with daily! I see this a lot in other people too. Many people let the opinions of others hold them back. Whether it’s friends, family members, a spouse, coworkers...we want to be liked and approved of by others. But at the end of the day, sometimes those other people in our lives don’t see things the way we do, they don’t know our feelings, our personal thoughts, and they also don’t know what’s best for us. Only we know what’s best for ourselves. These are some mindset shifts that have helped me stop letting the opinions of others control me: Lots of people who want to start a business online or already have started a business online have mindset challenges around what others will think about them when they start showing up on social media, doing go lives, insta stories, etc. When I start to feel fear around showing up inside of my business online, I tell myself “those other people judging don’t pay your bills”. The truth is that my online business has helped me create more income so I’ve paid off debt, been able to work less and have a clear plan to achieve my financial & personal goals. If people don’t like what I do, it doesn’t matter to me because those people aren’t paying my bills, they aren't paying off my debt and they aren’t going to create financial freedom for me. They’re opinions are irrelevant! The opinions of judgemental people have nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. They have issues going on internally, that they project onto you when you’re doing something that highlights their issues within themselves. If someone is judging you for doing something that’s helping you grow & making you better...they are doing much less than you and that’s why they have the time and energy to judge you. Someone who’s going for their own goals will never look down on you for going for yours. It’s always those doing less than you that will judge. Another important shift is to take action! It’s pretty hard to judge and condemn someone that’s winning and getting results. Use those judgemental people as fuel to your fire. Prove them wrong. Stick it out, start to win & get results!! That’s honestly the best confidence booster...when you start to see your hard work pay off and those opinions of others didn’t matter at all in the grand scheme of things. Lastly I want to talk about the types of people we choose to keep close to us in our lives. So my question to you is, do you really want to let judgemental & unsupportive people have access to you and your feelings? Are you going to give them that power? I personally have weeded out certain friends or people in my life because they weren’t supportive of my business and other things I was doing. I have big goals and I don’t want those kinds of people in my life anyways! Positive vibes only please! EP#4: How Learning The Skills Of High Ticket Sales & Paid Online Marketing Can Transform Your Life

Hey guys welcome to episode 4 of The Freedom Seekers Podcast! In this episode, I’m going to be sharing how learning the skill sets of high ticket sales and paid online advertising can transform your life. So let’s define high ticket sales. From my experience & what my mentors have taught me, any sale that pays out a commission greater than $1000 is defined as a high ticket sale. Majority of online opportunities today are low ticket sales that typically pay out $50 - a couple hundred dollars per sale. However since I promote a high ticket offer, I’m able to earn $3300+ per sale inside of my business currently. Many people who start or want to start an online business have income goals. So let’s say your income goal is to generate $10,000 per month inside of your business. If you’re promoting a low ticket item that pays you $100 in commissions per sale, you’d have to make 100 sales inside of your business. However for me, since I promote a high ticket item, I only have to make 2.5 sales in a month to reach that monthly income goal. Which is more achievable than having to make hundreds of sales. This is why I’m such a big believer in high ticket sales! Now let’s talk about how paid online advertising makes scaling a business much easier. Most people starting an online business don’t have a huge social media following/audience to sell & promote their products and or opportunity to. This was the case for me. Before starting my business, I rarely posted on social media and did not have any sort of following. I also didn’t want a business where I had to constantly show up on social media and be talking about my business, products, etc. That just wasn’t the business model for me! So when I found out I could use paid online ads to generate customers and business partners, I was intrigued! I was passionate and eager to learn about this. The online education platform I use (the RPL method), taught me how to launch, test and run my paid ads. There’s a link at the bottom of these show notes to check out a 30 minute webclass to learn more about this education platform it you’re interested in getting educated in the skill sets of high ticket sales & online advertising. The beautiful thing about paid ads is once you get them running, they can generate leads and sales for you 24 hours/day, on your behalf, using automation. Ultimately most people want to start an online business to create more time freedom for themselves. But if you’re constantly having to be posting on social media to grow your business, that can be very time consuming and often doesn’t give you the freedom you’re desiring. But if you use paid ads, as well as have funnels & systems in place, it creates time freedom for you because there’s automation & things running on your behalf. With organic/free marketing (essentially posting on your social media to acquire sales), unless you have a large social media following, your organic pool of interested people will eventually run dry. And at that point, it becomes hard to continue to scale & grow your business. But with paid ads, you can keep reaching more and more people! Your audience is unlimited! The possibilities are limitless when it comes to high ticket sales and paid online advertising. After doing tons of research, I believe it’s the best business model in the online space.
