8. Director of Sporting Operations at Paphos FC & FIFA Elite Coaching Panel Member - Stephen Constantine

Stephen Constantine has been the Head Coach of multiple national teams including Nepal, Sudan, Rwanda and India. Over the course of his 20+ years of experience, Stephen has also spent time coaching at the club level in England and Cyprus where he currently resides with his family. In 2019 he stepped down from his role with the India national team and has just recently accepted a position as the Head of Sporting Operations at Paphos FC in Cyprus. He has coached on some of the biggest stages including World Cup Qualifying matches and at some of the most prestigious leagues around the world. 7. D.C. United Academy Coach - Matt Arrington

In episode 7 we're joined by Matt Arrington, the U15 Boys Head Coach at D.C. United's Academy. Prior to his role with the club, he was a member of the George Mason University's Varsity team right here in the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. After his time at George Mason, Matt was able to pursue a professional career abroad in Italy. In addition to his current position at D.C. He has a wide variety of coaching experience with prior stints as an academy coach with the Portland Timbers and Chicago Fire before joining FC Cincinnati.
