#GWT: The Building Blocks - Understanding The Building Blocks of Customer Relationships

Customer relationships are similar to romantic relationships. Imagine that you won over a potential love interest with flowers, fancy meals, and exciting dates. But then, once you’re in a committed relationship, you stop trying to please them. You start phoning it in and acting neglectful. The odds that the relationship survives are slim to none.   Well, the same thing is true with your customers; the more you communicate with them and show them you appreciate them, the more likely you are to keep the loyalty alive. When you view yourself in a long-term relationship with your customers, all kinds of positive results follow This episode of The Building Blocks Webinar Series featured guest speakers King David Amo, Procurement & Programs Lead, Innohub, and Lydia Esenam Adzimah, Customer Success Specialist, DreamOval Ltd. as we explored the topic: “Understanding The Building Blocks of Customer Relationships”. #GWT: The Building Blocks - Understanding The Building Blocks of your Business Channels

Choosing a business model for your route to market as a business can be challenging. An organization can choose between reaching its customers through its own channels (B2C), partner channels (B2B), or through a mixture of both. It is important to understand which pathway (or channel) is best for your company to reach your customers. This episode of The Building Blocks Webinar Series featured guest speakers Kingsley Abrokwah, Founder/Chief Enabler of KudiGo Inc, and Naomi Kokuro (a.k.a. Episode #GWT: The Building Blocks - Building a Compelling Value Proposition Cover

#GWT: The Building Blocks - Building a Compelling Value Proposition

Most business owners love what they do. Unfortunately, much of the world doesn’t necessarily care, as reflected in the high failure rate among startups. Unless entrepreneurs convince people that what they're selling is absolutely special, consumers will simply choose alternatives that are more widely available. Entrepreneurs, therefore, must learn to construct, communicate and reiterate the value of their products and services, i.e. the pain reliever to the pain point of their target customers. This what we term as a value proposition “Many entrepreneurs lost out, due to never truly articulating a compelling value proposition," says Michael Skok, VC and Forbes contributor. Building a great product does not necessarily guarantee success. In addition to these next-generation products, unicorns like Airbnb, Uber, and Slack relied on clear, well-articulated unique value propositions. This episode of The Building Blocks Webinar Series will feature guest speakers Mohammed Iyamu, Co-Founder of AutoChek Africa, and Itumeleng Moagi Co-Founder of Nvoicia (Growth Factor Technologies) as we explore the topic: "Developing a Compelling Value Proposition". The Building Blocks is a platform created to stimulate conversations about leadership, relationships, business, politics, and entertainment. under the #GrowthWithTiti initiative. #GrowthWithTiti is an initiative with the mission to break down the complexities of finding your purpose, defining your mission, and navigating the grey to crush your goals. Episode #GWT: The Building Blocks - Customer Segmentation Cover

#GWT: The Building Blocks - Customer Segmentation

Have you ever thought about what serving 10 people looks like and what serving 1000 people looks like for businesses? How does a company like Apple know what to launch next with their iPhone series… How does In a typical marketplace, not every customer has the same needs. But you can usually identify several subgroups of customers who have very similar needs to one another. To understand why this matters, consider what it takes to launch and maintain a successful product or service. From its earliest stages, your product must meet the needs of some group of customers or it will die. At some inflection point of growth in your businesses, it becomes impossible to intuitively know your customers, let alone decide which ones to focus on. Customer segmentation is the process of grouping customers together based on common characteristics. As easy as this may sound, it can be very complex depending on the type, and size of the market you serve. While no two customers are exactly alike, they almost certainly share specific attributes. How do you categorize your customers? In this episode of The Building Blocks, I am joined by guest speakers Edith Akati, Product Manager, mPharma, and Kwaku Tabiri, CEO of Roots Digital Ltd as we discuss "The Building Blocks of Customer Segmentation" The Building Blocks is a platform created to stimulate conversations about leadership, relationships, business, politics, and entertainment. under the #GrowthWithTiti initiative. #GrowthWithTiti is an initiative with the mission to break down the complexities of finding your purpose, defining your mission, and navigating the grey to crush your goals. #GWT: The Building Blocks - Business Resilience and COVID-19

The outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has disrupted every aspect of human life (economic, physical, and mental well-being). The risk to the global economy is severe. Around the world, national economies have been faced with disruptions in economic activities and Ghana is no exception. Manufacturing, tourism and hospitality, and transportation are among the hardest-hit.  This has resulted in the shutdown of some factories, lay-offs, short-time working, redundancy, and disruptions in the global value chain. legacy enterprises have had to realize that, they have to either innovate on their business models or die! The COVID-19 pandemic has truly revealed serious vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Rarely have business leaders faced more complex, fast-changing conditions than they have during this pandemic. “There will be interruptions, and I don’t know when they will occur, and I don’t how deep they will occur, I do know they will occur from time to time, and I also know that we’ll come out better on the other end”, said, Warren Buffet in a recent interview with Business Insider In this episode of The Building Blocks, I am joined by guest speakers Oludele Sonekan, Director of Investments & Business Acceleration at Growth Mosaic, and Emmanuel Egyam, Investment Associate at Injaro Investment Ltd to discuss the topic: "Business Resilience and COVID-19" The Building Blocks is a platform created to stimulate conversations about leadership, relationships, business, politics, and entertainment. under the #GrowthWithTiti initiative.  #GrowthWithTiti is an initiative with the mission to break down the complexities of finding your purpose, defining your mission, and navigating the grey to crush your goals.
