Six time winner of the Down Beat Critics' Poll "Talent Deserving Wider Recognition" and winner of theJazz Journalists Association's "Baritone Saxophonist of the Year" category in 2005. Daly began to play jazz seriously as a teen, after hearing a big band perform at a local community center in Westchester County, New York, where she grew up. She attended the Berklee College of Music. Daly teaches through Jazz at Lincoln Center's middle school jazz program. She recorded two CDs as leader on Koch Jazz, "Swing Low" and "Movin' On" (now re-released on her own Dalybread Records) as well as "Heaven Help Us All" (Dalybread Records), and "Nothing to Lose: The Mary Joyce Project." Her latest recording is a collection of Thelonious Monk compositions, "Baritone Monk." Captured at Wollfer Estate Vineyards this memorable performance is part of the Jam Session special guest series.

Erik Lawrence plays Saxophones and Flutes. He has received a Meet-the-Composer Grant for his music composition. He began playing sax at five years old under the guidance of his father, the late jazz musician, founder of the New School of Jazz in NYC and the International Center for Creative Music Studies in Jerusalem, Rock and Roll Guru Arnie Lawrence, who told him to “Play what you feel." Recorded by engineer George Howard and produced for broadcast on WPPB, this recording reflects the Jam Session Radio Radio Hour's exceptional Special Guest Series.

Bob (Robert) Mover (born March 22, 1952, Boston, Massachusetts) is an alto, tenor and soprano jazz saxophonist and a vocalist. His father was a musician who played professionally including stints with the Charlie Spivak orchestra. He started playing the alto saxophone at age 13, studied with Phil Woods at a summer music camp, and took private lessons with Ira Sullivan. Mover has an explosive sound and style on the sax, directly influenced by Charlie Parker, Lee Konitz, Ira Sullivan, Stan Getz, and Sonny Rollins. His improvisations are melodically based, with lyrical melodies interspersed with complex bebop type lines. His selection of repertoire is wide and varied, with an encyclopedic knowledge of both standard and unconventional broadway and movie musical tunes. He was joined by Bill Smith on Piano, Peter Martin Weiss on Upright Bass and Don Moffit on Drums.
