The smartest people in any serious discipline almost never speak in absolutes. Scientists, historians, physicists deal in probability and degrees of certainty. The moment someone in personal development speaks in absolutes about human behavior or the path to fulfillment, raise the alarms. I break down why expertise applied to one variable of a many variable system without accounting for the other variables is almost guaranteed to underperform, and I share the only framework I've found that actually accounts for you as a whole person across every category of your life.
