Episode 3: The Power of Self-Worth

In today's episode we talk about self-worth and how it has affected me from my childhood years into my adult ones. A discussion around how parents can have a severe impact on what self-worth means to a child. The compound affects this worth has on a person as they grow up and begin relationships with other people. Understanding that in order to build self-worth you need to build confidence and your self-esteem. Nobody is perfect and we need to stop comparing ourselves to other people.

In today's episode we explore my own journey in rebuilding myself. Learning about my attachments that I believed made me who I am as a person. Letting go of my attachments as I acknowledged my attachments did not make me who I am. I also talk about healthy habits to add to your daily routine to help improve your life.

Episode 1: The Man Behind Manvisory

In today's episode, I talk a little about myself and my own journey in 2020; the year that changed all of us. I also introduce a new mini-series that I would like to continue producing which is called Letterbox. Letterbox is something I branded for my own writing therapy. A method that I use to put onto paper my thoughts and feelings that I am having. After listening to my own letter, I realized how liberating it can be and wanted to share my own letters with everyone in hopes that my letters will help you too. Hopefully in the future as more of you begin to open up about how you are feeling, you will begin to share your letters with me and allow me the distinct opportunity to narrate your thoughts. To finish off the episode I talk about breaking the cycle and what that really means in terms of stopping generations of behavior that have no benefit to the world that we live in today.
