Craig Eckert and the Colorado Trail

Craig is a retired geoscience advisor living near Pittsburgh, PA. Throughout his 38-year career as a geologist, he worked for numerous companies in the exploration and production sector of the petroleum industry, while living in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Texas. During that time his passion was exploring the earth in the search for hydrocarbons. Today he is equally passionate about exploring the world on foot via long distance backpacking adventures.
