Mental health struggles in the coloured community

Self-exploration is a luxury that usually, in South Africa, comes with a certain amount of affluence. Why are we as a community so stunted in terms of our education around mental illness? Is our current way of life contributing to the rising wave of people who are struggling? Toxic friendships, playground politics and when to cut ties with a BFF
