Coaching Demonstration - How to build a strong Support System - With Victor Vorski

In this episode, I am sharing a recording from a leadership coaching session with Victor Vorski. Victor is a serial entrepreneur, village builder, regenerative pioneer and has a background in computer science. He also holds an MBA from McGill University and is the co-founder of the Gathering of Tribes, where I met him again this year with over 500 other people from the regenerative movement. In this coaching session, we explore how Victors strategy of self-doubt and making himself small kept him safe in the past, but is preventing him from his next level of leadership that life is calling him to step into. We unpack how building a strong support system of powerful allies is already a disruption of outdated beliefs, and how his wound around belonging might be his greatest gift and contribution. Victor once found that making himself small was a way to survive, but he has since recognized that these outdated beliefs now limit his potential as a leader in the regenerative movement.
