I came to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, thinking it would be a short chapter - just a few months of housesitting before moving on. But what unfolded was something completely different. In this episode, I share the real story behind this season - how one housesit turned into another, how plans unexpectedly fell through, and how I thought it meant God was leading me somewhere new. So I followed those nudges. I listened. I moved. But along the way, I realised something deeper… I wasn’t being led away - I was being asked to stay. Because this is how it often works - God won’t show you the whole path. He will only show you the next step. And it’s in those moments that your faith, trust, and courage are required to keep moving forward. In this episode, I sit down with the incredible Addie Reeves - the visionary behind Flow State Health. A remedial massage and body work health centre in Willunga South, South Australia, that is centred around keeping people doing what they love through a multi layered healing approach. We speak about the birth of her beautiful clinic, a dream she has been planning for years - and what it has really taken to bring it to life. The journey of business, self belief, backing yourself and learning to do hard (and often uncomfortable) things. Addie shares her own experience with burnout, the signs she now catches early, and how she built a deep self-trust inside her body again… alongside her huge love for Ju Jitsu, and how that sport has become a teacher in almost every area of her life. Addie shares how she brings this depth of study into her work supporting clients in nervous system rewire and somatic emotional integration work - looking at the body and mind as a whole, interconnected system.
