Latest medical research on Parkinsons disease, Motor Neuron disease, the microbiome and breast cancer. Plus I discuss the volatility of bitcoin.

I discuss this weeks scientific research on ovarian cancer, the immune system and persistent viral infections. I also compare sunlight, bitcoin and gold in terms of three characteristics of a monetary system.

In this brand new series, I explain the new direction of the Treat the Cause Podcast. I also discuss the unrealised importance of the circadian rhythm from an evolutionary perspective and explain the entourage effect. Then its onto bitcoin and the difference between decentralisation and a distributed network.

During a windy stroll on the Byron Bay beach, foraging for seaweed I discuss the multiple immune benefits of beach life. Sorry about the wind and the space alien noises...one of the hazards of recording my life as I actually live it.

Apologies for the couple of weeks of no podcast, I have been taking some time to consider the direction I want to go with my message and how to best deliver it. During that short hiatus I was able to really come to understand my true purpose and passion- the need to use both science and tradition to achieve self-sovereignty through re-connecting with natures rhythms. Today I chat with Ayurvedic Life Coach, soon to be Ayurvedic Doctor, Heather Johnson from Utah about how yoga and Ayurveda have changed both their lives. Lessons from the oldest health system, even more relevant and validated today. As Heather says, "If your highest truth doesn't line up with the thing, then don't do the thing."
