After another huge trade in the NFL, we talk Carson Wentz to the Colts. We then cover some college basketball news as well as recap the week on the hardwood. Next, we talk why the NBA All-Star Game is unnecessary and cover some NBA news. We wrap up the show with some other sports and segments.

With our first Sunday of no football, we have a little NFL news with JJ Watt and possible landing destinations.
