Kristie Ord is someone who is just so authentic and ongoing successful young woman entrepreneur. Her journey is an amazing one that has gone from strength to strength while dealing with challenges along the way to make sure that she is continued on her path to purposeful journey that she is on. It was so great to interview her. I met her a few years ago when she was one of the amazing speakers and coordinators in the raw food revolution and it is so great to see how far she's progressed and how she embraces the next steps and moves beyond what she had done in the past to get to the next purpose for her life.

Miriam Clappis runs a very successful accounting business and her story is one that is a great example of a journey that begins with working on the dining room table doing the basic accounting for friends and family. She has degrees in Accounting, Law and many others so she is well qualified and still started at the very beginning to understand the process from the ground up. Miriam also has a family and is just as attentive to her family as she is her business. I think it is such a great example of how you can succeed as a Mum and still give lots of time, caring and love to your family. And your children also see that you can have a business as well as taking care of the family and housework.  She is a great mentor and manager for her team and has built a large team that are all on the same page as far as the positive culture, how to attend to clients and how to give them the best services possible. And clients are raving about the work of Miriam and her team which is no surprise!

Vesna Cavic is a dynamic Personal Stylist who goes well beyond just getting your outfit right. Vesna first talks about how you feel about yourself. How you will build your own internal confidence. And then she will talk about what style do you want. I love that Vesna also talks about minimalism when buying clothes and trying to buy clothes that are created ethically giving people fair pay and fair work. Stop the slave labour. And also created a few pieces of clothing to wear instead of discarding things every few months which further fill the landfill. So many stylists would just try to get people to get more clothes and just talk about how will you look. Vesna goes well beyond that and helps you first with inner self confidence and also how we can keep the environment. She is about to publish her book that I previewed. It is a winner! She starts with confidence, mindset and loving tour body and then moves into great strategies for styling. I think everyone should read it and you'll love the insights from Vesna on the podcast and in her book.

Francesca Moi, known as the Meetup Queen has established a very successful business in a few short years. And she started from the very beginning as she moved to Australia from another country and knew no one. So this means anyone can do it and she shares the whole success formula with people in the events that she runs.  I think we all agree that when someone succeeds from the very beginning her events and workshops are ones that can really give us good solid advice because she is sharing how she turned her business into a great success.  Networking authentically, running your own networking events and know how best to approach the right people. Tanya is a brilliant person who does decluttering in a wholistic way. She walks through the house or the room before she negotiates with the client. I love that she pays attention first to the emotions, the things that are special to the client, even if for most of us we couldn't even imagine why you would keep that. This interview will give you some great insights into how she takes time to really understand the person. Why they want to keep something, what it means. And it may be that they keep the oldest piece of tin or jewellery etc because it has sentimental value. Or if they say 'Oh just get rid of everything', she will stop and ask more questions to find out what really can be discarded and what should be kept. Tanya is such an encouraging authentic person that enables people to immediately trust her and work together to find what is the best solution.
