Would You Leave Your Job Or Get Married To Stay In A Relationship With A Co-Work

April 18, 2016 - By Victoria Uwumarogie http://madamenoire.com/627292/quit-job-get-married-stay-relationship-co-worker/ [http://madamenoire.com/627292/quit-job-get-married-stay-relationship-co-worker/] Finding love out here is hard. The only thing harder? Finding a good job. So what would you do if you ended up in a romantic relationship with a really great person who just happened to work with you, only to have your job tell you that said relationship goes against their policy, which prohibits dating between co-workers? And to make matters worse, what if they said that in order for you to have your relationship and not have to hide it, one of you would have to leave the company? Episode Why College Students Will Always be Broke Cover

Why College Students Will Always be Broke

An excerpt from Campus Grotto The inside source at College http://campusgrotto.com/why-college-students-will-always-be-broke.html [http://campusgrotto.com/why-college-students-will-always-be-broke.html] College students have a lot of different stereotypes. One of the main stereotypes college students often get, and perhaps one that couldn’t be truer, is that college students are broke, frugal beings always looking for a bargain. This can be seen in the referring of ramen noodles as the de facto diet of a college student. College prepares us for the real world, and surviving without money is almost a life test in itself as a college student. The fact that many students are broke makes them scavengers in their own way, hopping at any opportunity to get free stuff. This is why you used to see so many on-campus kiosks giving away free swag at the expense of filling out a student credit card application; a credit card that is more likely to harm the student, rather than help. So, it seems, the typical college student, who eats ramen noodles, drinks PBR, and illegally downloads music, will always be broke. Your Phone Habits May Be Damaging Your Relationship

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/cell-phone-hurts-relationships-phone-snub_us_560c0cdee4b0dd85030a1c4e [http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/cell-phone-hurts-relationships-phone-snub_us_560c0cdee4b0dd85030a1c4e] Lindsay Holmes Deputy Healthy Living Editor, The Huffington Post Here’s yet another reason compulsive phone-checkers may want to stash their device more often: Cell phones can damage romantic relationships and lead to a greater chance of depression, according to a new study. Researchers from Baylor University conducted two separate surveys of nearly 500 U.S. adults in order to analyze the effects of “Pphubbing,” or partner phone snubbing. In other words, they wanted to find out how often people are distracted by their phones when they’re with their significant others and if it had any effect on their relationships. Unsurprisingly, the study uncovered that when partners felt “phone snubbed,” it created conflict and led to lower reported satisfaction in the relationship. This created a domino effect of sorts, researchers said, and led to lower reported life satisfaction and ultimately to greater reported levels of depression.
