Hargobind is a second generation Sikh and graduate of Miri Piri Academy. He is the producer of Hot Yoga Hotel, a reality tv yoga retreat dating show. Additionally, he is the owner of Casa Om Potomac in West Virginia and Casa Om in Puerto Morelos México.  He is the author of Dharmify and Recipes for Building Community, the Casa Om Potomac cookbook.

Arpinder Kaur

Captain Arpinder Kaur is a trailblazer in the aviation industry, currently flying high as a Captain with American Airlines. With a degree from George Mason University’s School of Management and years of experience navigating both the skies and the complexities of leadership in aviation, Arpinder has carved a space for herself in a field where South Asian women are still underrepresented.Off the runway, Arpinder is a proud Sikh woman whose life is deeply rooted in the values of Sikhi—seva (selfless service), resilience, and community. She is passionate about representation and visibility, especially for young Sikh girls who dream of taking up space in male-dominated industries. Whether she’s mentoring the next generation or recharging with her family in Coppell, Texas, Arpinder leads with grace, grit, and grounded purpose.On today’s episode, we’re diving into her journey—from her first flight to finding balance between cockpit command and spiritual grounding.

Pritpal Singh

Pritpal Singh is the Medical Director at Cigna HealthCare, where he leads initiatives in population health and disease management to improve patient outcomes and care quality. With a deep commitment to community engagement and education, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Sikh Research Institute, an organization dedicated to promoting Sikh scholarship and leadership. Pritpal is also a facilitator at Sidak, a premier leadership development program that empowers young adults through in-depth exploration of Sikh theology, history, and contemporary issues.

Jasvir Kaur

Jasvir Kaur is a clinical pharmacist and co-founder of the Sikh Healing Collective, established to address the mental health needs of the Sikh community following the tragic Oak Creek temple shooting in 2012. She has led medical teams in disaster relief efforts, and has volunteered in numerous global health missions across various continents.
