Taren Gesell, or as he’s known on the internet Triathlon Taren runs his own business dedicated to helping beginner triathletes (that’s the crazy sport where people swim bike and run), and I’m so excited to have him on the show because I personally have benefited from him putting out tonnes and tonnes of useful content via his YouTube channel, Instagram feed, podcast, newsletter, and online coaching. Taren is a perfect example of someone who decided they wanted to do what they truly loved and enjoyed for a living, set about building a great community around that, and is continually giving to that community. This chat with Taren explains what life was like before he became Triathlon Taren, how he got started, and actions he takes to keep the momentum going.

The amazing thing about Michael is that he writes so much whilst also having a busy full-time job, studying at law school, running his own podcast, and having a young daughter and a busy family life.
