What began as a personal outlet soon grew into a supportive community for others experiencing similar losses. Sam discusses how running became a crucial tool for her mental health, helping her navigate through one of the most challenging periods of her life. She also explains the mission of the Good Grief Running Club: to help people find positivity in grief through movement and connection. The club has quickly gained momentum, bringing together a diverse group of individuals who support one another and share their stories. We also touch on the logistics of the club, which meets every Monday at 7 a.m. at Noble Joe Coffee Shop in Austin. With different mile options and pace groups, the club is welcoming to beginners and provides a supportive environment for all participants.
