(Extended) Interlude II: Bad Takes, Good Intentions

This interlude is nothing but vibes, honesty, and laughs. After a girls’ day and a few drinks, I’m joined by my friend Lexx and Daz 🥰 for an unfiltered conversation that goes everywhere — and we mean everywhere. We talk sex, turn-ons and turn-offs, men’s hygiene (because yes, it matters), women’s hygiene as women, and preferences when it comes to things like circumcision. We question sexuality, unpack energy exchange, and get real about mind games and “meaningless” sex — including how it can affect you once you step into motherhood. We also touch on forgiveness, things we’ve recently let go of, friendship advice 💕, religion and how our beliefs differ, and whether penis size really matters. Somewhere in the middle, we accidentally turn into philosophers… and by the end, we absolutely lose it with a freestyle session that proves we should probably never rap again. I also reflect on how motherhood has changed me and the way I move, think, and choose — especially when it comes to sex, energy, and self-respect. This episode is laid-back, funny, a little messy, and meant to be listened to like you’re sitting in the room with us. ⚠️ Trigger / Content Warnings: This episode includes discussions of:     •    Explicit sexual conversations     •    Sexual preferences and anatomy     •    Casual sex and emotional impact     •    Energy exchange and intimacy     •    Religious differences     •    Adult language     •    Alcohol mention     •    Personal experiences related to motherhood and identity shifts Listener discretion is advised. This episode is intended for mature audiences (18+). 🎧 The Sensual S.L.U.T. Available on Apple Podcasts & Spotify 📲 Follow the pod: @theesspodcast on Instagram, YouTube & TikTok

Portada del episodio ADDICTIONS

ADDICTIONS

Description In this episode, I sit with myself in honesty and transparency as I unpack my addictions — food, shopping, sex, and the cravings beneath them that most of us don’t want to admit out loud. I talk about what healing looks like in real time, how I’m overcoming unhealthy habits, and what stepping into womanhood means when you’re forced to face your patterns head-on. We dive into addictions of every kind: • Food, sex, and spending • Obsessions with men and women • Drugs, liquor, attention, and validation • The spiritual side of addiction and energetic attachments • My experience with a sexually-charged entity and a man carrying that energy • How addictions often start innocently and grow quietly • Why relapse doesn’t mean you failed — it means you’re still in the process This episode is calm, reflective, and slow-paced on purpose — something you can listen to while cleaning, driving, resting, or just laying down letting your spirit recognize itself. This is not for entertainment — it’s for realization, self-awareness, and soft unpacking. ⸻ Viewer/Listener Advisory This episode discusses addiction, spirituality, sexual energy, and substance dependence. Viewer/Listener discretion is advised. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and return with an open heart. ⸻ Follow & Connect with Me Instagram • YouTube • TikTok @theesspodcast Listen to the audio version: 🎙 The Sensual S.L.U.T. on Apple Podcasts & Spotify

Lonely Girl Syndrome

Episode 3: Lonely Girl Syndrome ⚠️ Trigger Warning: This episode contains strong language and discussions about abuse, neglect, and suicide. Listener discretion is advised. “Lonely Girl Syndrome” — the act of accepting anything or anyone just to feel/fill something — is something too many of us know too well. In this episode, I dive deep into what it really means to settle, to silence yourself for love, and to mistake chaos for connection. I’m joined by two guests who open up about their own experiences with Lonely Girl and Lonely Boy Syndrome — stories of staying too long, loving too hard, and finally choosing themselves. Together, we unpack why we settle, what it costs us, and how to finally break the cycle. I drop a few gems about self-love, healing, and what it truly means to choose peace over people. We talk about the loneliness that comes with walking away from friends, family, and relationships — and the power that comes from finally saying “enough.” This episode is raw, honest, and real. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being done. Done settling, done shrinking, and done carrying what was never yours to hold. Song: SZA - Broken Clocks

Portada del episodio Interlude: HEALING

Interlude: HEALING

Interlude One: Healing This podcast is my release. My way of venting, of saying what I want, and making it clear that this is my safe space. I’m not here to sugarcoat or water anything down. Healing is messy. It’s uncomfortable. But it’s also necessary. Real healing means facing yourself. It’s breaking old habits that keep you stuck, and building new ones that actually push you forward. It’s letting go of the drama, the back-and-forth, the bitterness, and finding peace even when people around you try to drag you back into chaos. Healing means not giving your power away to people who don’t deserve it, and not misplacing your anger onto people who didn’t even cause it. In this interlude, I talk about what I refuse to deal with, what I’m doing to grow, and how I keep myself motivated — for my child, for my future, and for me. I talk about the difference between being hurt and being healed, about the habits you need to let die, and the ones you need to pick up if you really want to elevate. This isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being real. Healing is work. Healing is growth. And healing is a choice. I purposely didn’t use music. Enjoy my bare 12am voice; you’re welcome!

Am I Being Framed?

Episode 2: Am I Being Framed? Description: In this vulnerable episode, I open up about the layers of my story — from childhood experiences and family betrayal to friendships that ended and the lessons they left behind. I share what I’ve come to love about myself, while also confronting the flaws I’ve had to acknowledge along the way. You’ll hear the sounds of my baby resting in the background — a reminder of the life I’m balancing as a mother, student, and woman learning to heal. I talk about moments of deep pain, from being molested and the way my family handled it, to the weight of depression and even thoughts of suicide. I also explore the betrayal of friends, the sting of broken trust, and the process of reshaping my own self-image. When I ask, “Am I Being Framed?” I mean this: so many people have projected their own version of me — their judgments, perceptions, and stories. This is me reclaiming my narrative, showing who I truly am, and how my scars shaped me into the woman I’m still becoming. Trigger Warnings: This episode contains discussions of sexual assault, molestation, suicidal thoughts, depression, family and friend betrayal, and emotional abuse. Please listen with care.
