In doing so they will have access to early registration for classes and will be granted a small scholarship. But as a series of unexplained sounds and occurrences begin to happen all around them the students discover the secrets of the old grounds and the ties that connect them. To attempt to argue their building is a historic landmark they attempt to take a look at the sub basements and find out more of its history. But Lilah's apartment is down there, and there may be something she doesn't want to share, and all the more reason to fight for the building...
