The Taste Test: Retro gaming with flavour!

Happy Groundhog day listeners, we have a new Taste Test  about a game that was quite a product of its time, but has trouble holding air today.

The Taste Test returns with more spooky games, and who better to deliver horror hilarity then our guest Sheldon from the Graveyard Shift Horror With Sheldon and Mike podcast. Brandon is out celebrating Weed Day so it's just Ivan keeping Mike in line. This year we review: Ghostbusters 2 Gremlins 2 Castlevania 3 Enjoy :)

Mike & Ivan decided Brandon didn't have enough Link so we took the most radical departure ever this series ever took, from side scrolling to link actually using magic instead of tools, and an epic story not really shown in the game! This was a lot to take in and discuss. We hope you enjoy it.

We were requested to cover Short Order / Eggsplode by listener Jason Wells, but due to technical difficulties we couldn't play it. So rather than face this with any other power pad game, we decided to cover EVERY power pad game and the power pad itself. We get distracted with Canadian culture, and other beaver talk, and some impromptu karaoke and blasphemy. and then Brandon reveals he's reading Mike's notes, poorly. We take numerous stabs at Japanese culture and each other as well. Brandon experiences lag that you won't hear cause we record our tracks separate, but the banter is good so we kept it. This is either our worst or best. Enjoy
