I’ve created this podcast to stimulate your mind with conversations, guests, opinions, problems, animals, crafts, jokes, queer stuff and more.I love talking about the hard things, giving unsolicited advice, and generally hearing my own voice. I have self diagnosed CCLS (chronic cheer leader syndrome). I’ve always had a passion for helping others as much as I can, when I can. I am someone who went through a lot on my own. I want to give all of the information I wished I had when I started my healing and communication journey. Additionally, I’m a silly goose (hate the silly, not the goose), so not every episode is going to be serious.disclaimer: I am uneducated in this field.
