For Podimo Spain we’re looking for a Head of Growth to ensure the right growth setup and build the strategy for user growth in Spain. You will be part of the Spanish team located in Madrid, and you will have a strong collaboration with your counterparts in Germany, Denmark and future markets.
Together with your local team – and in collaboration with the global team – your task is to drive growth initiatives with an outset in our growth flywheel that consists of Content Driven Growth, Creator Driven Growth and User Driven Growth. Your main focus will be to stimulate the full funnel user growth - aligned with local content distribution and activation. Therefore, you will play an important role in ensuring stellar sponsored content activation and creator driven growth through promotion of their podcasts.
Responsible for the monthly Growth KPI targets in Spain
Responsible for performance marketing initiatives in Spain - from idea to success!
Drive strategy, plan, execute and report on best-in-class paid social campaigns through relevant channels in Spain (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc..)
Project lead all the required processes and activities to execute the planned paid social campaigns; from creative asset briefs to performance reporting.
Conduct and maintain a deep understanding of Podimos positioning in the social media landscape to ensure a best-in-class campaign execution.
Test & learn commercial messaging, creatives, audiences, channels to ensure incremental CAC improvement
Work closely with Content Creators and Partner Relations to unfold and promote local content
Drive growth through sharings, member-get-member, word of mouth, influencers and commercial partnerships
Drive or assist in cross functional projects when relevant
You have a passion for performance marketing and ambitious growth targets. You have a deep understanding of growing a digital app-based business and come with relevant industry experience. In previous jobs you've worked with content marketing and optimising paid social campaigns to perform at their best.
You have worked in a startup environment and you're willing to do what it takes to get to the next level – both personally and professionally.
Hands-on experience with managing and optimising big budget paid social campaigns is a must
You are passionate about the latest social media trends and truly understand how to spark interest in a (very) crowded environment.
Background in performance marketing or similar
Strong understanding of data is a requisite for doing the proper analysis and test & learn optimisation
ASO, SEO, CRO etc. experience is a plus
Experience with content marketing and commercial partnerships is a plus
Passionate & knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media and entertainment, as well as streaming services, is a big plus
