We talk about perfectionism, consistency, adapting when life doesn’t go according to plan, and why small actions often matter more than we realize. Because most of life isn’t lived under perfect conditions. And sometimes the difference between staying stuck and moving forward is simply being willing to do the smaller version. The shorter walk.
