We had mixed feelings - could this have been done earlier in the series? Did they make the Vegan challenges too challenging? Chickpea juice is called Aquafaba?? Lucky we had friend of the pod (and resident vegan) Sarah Austin as our guest this week to help us better understand how to bake like a vegan. Sarah is the founder and chief baker at London sweet pie company Three.OneFour (or Pi - geddit?). She creates a mixture of vegan and non-vegan sweet pies and even as a non-vegan you’ll love them all. She knows vegan baking techniques and was super helpful to have in the room to navigate uncharted vegan waters!
