If you don’t have any aesthetic goals than there is no need for a structure plan that focuses on one form of exercise. If you simply want to engage in exercise just to move your body and feel healthy than intuitive and flexible movement could be perfect for you. It’s about going day by day and giving your body the form of movement it needs for that day. It’s allowing yourself to move intensely some days and slowly other days. Some days your form of movement may be heavy lift or intense cardio session where others may be a slow yoga flow or simply just a walk.
