Carlie Zak is a driven entrepreneur, who, after a scare a few years ago from experiencing massive burnout, decided it was time for a change. Traditionally recognized measures of success weren't all they had been chalked up to be. Why work if you don't have the vitality to enjoy the fruits of your labour? Why strive to build a legacy for your kids when you're missing the present moment with them? These kinds of questions, and more, brought a lot of clarity for Carlie... and she realized she wasn't alone in needing this kind of clarity. Her innate gift to help others gain clarity of their own was discovered as she connected with people like her... those who desired more, were facing burnout, or simply weren't satisfied with the success they had already achieved. After experiencing surprising success as a Clarity Coach, she realized that people needed a strategy and support to successfully live out their newfound clarity. Soon she found herself leading a team of over 20 experts who caught her vision, and together they worked to create a community like no other (opening to the public summer 2023). Carlie is now the CEO of Ascent Collective, a community of busy people who make time for growth and life by investing in vitality with aligned action.
