In this solo episode Sarah chats about a her experience with ovulation pain and how she learned a new deeper layer of cyclical living that gave her a lightbulb moment of how to reflect on what may have caused such a painful ovulation. She shares the process of folliculogenesis (the maturation of the follicle in the ovaries which then leads to the release of an egg at ovulation. She also shares a bit of her insight into release rituals to encourage her bleed to start.
