Q&A: Egg Freezing, Fecal Smearing, Girthy Penis
This week we’re answering two of our favorite listener questions we’ve received recently:
First, we dive into a topic nobody talks about enough: fecal smearing and the endless wipe cycle. We discuss how pelvic floor dysfunction, muscle coordination, stool consistency, and more can contribute (and what you can do about it).
Then we’re talking about why penetration can feel wildly different from partner to partner, what actually creates pleasurable sensation, things that could impair sensation, reasons a partner could feel too large, and why your vagina is not too picky or broken. This question leads us down a wide array of topics: purity culture, nervous system regulation, how you can use masturbation to help you discover your pelvic floor dysfunction, and more. Plus we talk about: what good penetration is actually supposed to feel like.
Bonus in this episode- Amanda shares an important life update!
As always, we’re blending pelvic floor education with zero shame and lots of honesty. Thank you for your questions and support pelvic freaks!
