Every Wednesday at 11AM EST, Alex, Zach, and Kyle come together to talk about two of their passions. Mental Health and hockey. All three suffering from mental health illnesses, the boys want to bring awareness to mental health all across the globe. Our mission is to provide environments for everyone to feel comfortable talking about their past, present, and future. In addition to mental health, the guys want to find ways to introduce hockey to as many people as possible, no matter where they come from.
