In this episode, we are joined by Marissa McCallam, Body & Mindset Coach, Social Entrepreneur and Writer. Marissa shares her journey through mental health and tips to coping with Anxiety. She says "After growing up in a household where mental and physical abuse were present, I had anxiety and depression as a teenager, and throughout my twenties. Limiting self-beliefs and an internal story of 'not being enough' led to years of suppressing my dreams, ignoring my intuition and repeating unhealthy patterns of behaviour."

The Zen Episode ft The Zen project

We talk to Corinne and Kaye from The Zen Project about how they are reaching out to communities to offer an array of techniques and methods into feeling zen & centred. They are currently trying to raise money to fund the Gen Zen tour, to bring zen to young people in the community in and around London.
