State investigators in South Carolina have charged a small town police captain with misconduct, after they discovered an alleged cover-up. Investigators believe Gregory Block helped local mother Janece Curtiss hide the fact that her minor-aged daughter may have been sexually abused. After meeting under such serious circumstances, authorities say Block and Curtiss then began a sexual relationship.
