Episode 029: Learning to Enjoy the Beginning of Your Journey

Girl -- your journey might feel a little messy, but just know that you are on the right path! I had a conversation recently with a fellow small business owner and she expressed her desire around how she wished she could fast forward the beginning, messy parts of her business journey and just get to the part where she feels successful. And believe me -- I GET IT! There's a part of us that thinks -- wouldn't it be AMAZING to just snap our fingers and not have to deal with all the uncomfortable and awkward growing pains?! Let me just skip ahead to the part where I'm making lots of money and people LOVE me! But here's the thing -- it doesn't work like that. It doesn't matter how many books you read, courses you take, masterclasses you watch, etc. Those things are definitely helpful! But they won't allow you to fast forward through the growing stage. And honestly, your future business will be BETTER FOR IT by going through all of the growing pains.
