Episode 1-The intro

Hello, and welcome to the first episode! I created this podcast to ask the question, How are you? One of the most asked questions during our days. Yet, we never honestly respond with how we are doing, do we? I wanted to create a space to ask that question and to focus on mental and emotional health, along with the ability to try and support one another in the process. This first podcast, though, is my slow intro into asking that question, telling you a little about myself and why I wanted to ask that question myself, and finally giving my truth about what gets me through the day.
